Mrs. In10Sity's Recipe's: Almond Porridge
This tasty nut based porridge is a gluten free great alternative to those who cannot tolerate oatmeal for breakfast. Try this with a beautiful fried banana topping to add some extra flavor and depth to the dish.
- Small pot
- 3 bananas (Ripened)
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 cup Spring Water
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ½ cup Steel Cut Oats
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 1 dash Clove spice
- 1 dash Himalayan Salt
- In a blender, Blend your ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes or until smooth.
- Transfer to a small ceramic pot and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until thickened.
