After purchase visit your account section located on the website after you sign in. Go to the downloads link and download the document that you purchased.

Subscriptions may be modified in your “My Account” section. If you move, it is your responsibility to update us with your new shipping address.

You can access your addresses (Billing & Shipping) within your My Account page.

ORDERS PLACED PRIOR TO 12PM (NOON) EST ARE SHIPPED SAME DAY, AND MOST TIMES WE CANNOT STOP THE SHIPMENT ON YOUR ORDER AS THEY ARE EXPEDITED TO BE SHIPPED OUT FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.

ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PACKAGE BACK, IF IT IS RETURNED TO SENDER, WE MAY ISSUE YOU A REFUND – MINUS COSTS INCURRED SHIPPING IT OUT THE FIRST TIME. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE PRODUCT IS BACK INTO OUR HANDS.

Order Issues

If you experience issues placing an order, we need to know about it! You can give us a call at (302) 677-1010, Monday to Saturday 9A-10P (EST), and we can help you place it by phone. Make sure to tell us the issues you experienced when you call! We like to get these things fixed right away.

It could be for many reasons:

1. Your address is invalid and we have contacted you but you haven’t responded.
2. Because your order is on backorder and it hasn’t been sent out yet because its not back in stock.
3. Because you paid for regular shipping and its still processing.
4. Because your item is a downloadable item and you haven’t downloaded it.

We make those who have paid for priority mail to get to orders sent to the front of the line but that doesn’t ensure your order gets sent in 24 hours. It only ensures yours will sent as soon as possible. We like to get your orders out as fast as possible as we have in the past but if we haven’t for reasons like a pickup in traffic we ask for your patience.

This means you placed an order for a product that is currently out of stock. As soon as all items are in stock, we will ship out your order. You can request that we ship out your items that are in stock immediately by contacting us and we will split the order, however this added shipping charge is your responsibility.

Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information to the email provided during order placement.

If you do not receive that email, this could be why:

1. In many cases the customer will provide the wrong email address.
2. The customer could have gotten the email but it went to your spam or your promotions.
3. You could have just simply disregarded the email.

Shipping

You must contact us prior to your orders shipping if you wish to have your orders combined for shipping. Once an order ships, we cannot combine your orders.

Yes, all orders over $75 ship free within the USA.

DURING PEAK TIMES (HOLIDAYS), ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER BEING RECEIVED.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. During normal periods of the year (non-holiday), our fulfillment center ships all orders received by noon (EST) on a business day, that same day. Orders received after noon (EST) are shipped the following day. If there is an issue with your order delaying shipment, we will contact you.

Your order will be delivered to you based on the shipping option you select. Shipping time starts once the order leaves our warehouses.

For orders shipping overseas, please understand it will take longer to get to you, based on the shipping option you select and the factors at play when shipping outside of the USA.

Priority shipping guarantees your order will get sent priority mail which means that instead of flat rate which will take longer to get to you after being shipping Priority Mail is much faster and comes with automatic insurance on your package in case of any incident.

Your shipping charge will be calculated at the cart/checkout based on the weights of the items you are buying. We charge you what USPS charges us plus packaging supplies.

As for orders shipped overseas, please understand that it will be more expensive to ship your order. We charge you what the USPS charges us.

It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct shipping address. Delays, lost packages, etc. will be your responsibility if you provide us with the wrong address. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be recalled. You will have to wait until we receive your order back to our warehouse at which time we can ship it back out – you will be responsible for any new shipping charges.

If you decide you would rather receive a refund for your order, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipments are handled during normal business days, which are Monday to Friday. In most instances, orders are shipped same day as long as they are received prior to 12 Noon. In10sity rarely ships on the weekends, so if you place an order at 5pm on a Friday, please do not expect that order to ship until Monday morning.

Orders over 13oz are not allowed to ship via USPS First Class Mail, thus you will see Priority Mail and up.

Products & Stock

As experts says, everyone is different depending on what else or not your body is or isn’t facing. There is no way to tell how long it will take to feel the effect on anything. You can also view the reviews for our supplements so you can see other peoples experiences. But really there is no way to tell. The supplement could take a few days to work or longer it depends on the state of your body.

Backorder products are not currently in stock but are coming! Be patient, as soon as the product arrives in our warehouses, it will be shipped.

If an item within your order is currently on backorder, the entire order will be held until it is all in stock and ready for shipment. If you wish to receive the items sooner, please place your orders separately for any items that are currently showing on backorder.

The shelf life of all of our supplement products is 2 years from date of purchase, if unopened. The timer starts as soon as you open that bottle.

You must try them in bundles so you know what the best soap is for you. For everyone has a different preference for what they want, you must choose what you like.

Payments, Promos & Coupons

If you received a special promotional code by email (with the code shown in the email), these generally cannot be combined with any other offer or deal. Deals are only valid on new orders after the deal has been published – no, you cannot get a discount on an order placed prior to the deal being launched. Once a deal expires, it is expired.

If your coupon code does not qualify it will not work, but in the instance it does and its not working simply enter it in notes and we will investigate when we receive the order.

Returns & Refunds

If an order is approved for return, refunds will be issued as soon as we receive the item back in stock. Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges are non-refundable. Any digitally downloaded products are non-refundable.

All orders delivered over 30 days ago are no longer eligible for return or refund.
