Mrs. In10Sity's Recipe's: Chickpea Salad
- 2 Canned Chickpeas
- 3 Pickles Wedges (diced)
- 1 small Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 pack Nori Chips (crushed)
- 3 tbsp Vegan Mayonnaise (Soy Free)
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 Celery Sticks (finely diced)
- 1 Carrot (finely grated)
- Dice your pickles, onion, and celery. Set to the side
- Grate your carrots. Set to the side
- In a bowl, roughly mash your chickpeas and set to the side.
- Add your crushed carrots and nori chips, pickles, onion, and celery.
- Add your seasonings. mix together and enjoy.
