Protein Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with the needed vitamins and proteins the body needs to start your day. It can be used as a pre or post workout option.

  • Blender


  • 1/2 cup  Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 scoop Clean Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder

Smoothie Topping

  • 1 Kiwi (Peeled & Sliced)
  • 1/2 Banana (Peeled & Sliced)
  • 3 Strawberries (Peeled & Sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Yacon Chocolates


  1. To create your smoothie, add all your smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Be sure the smoothie is thick enough to ensure your toppings to stay on top of the smoothie.

  2. Pour your smoothie in a cup and set to the side.

Smoothie Topping

  1. At this time, you peel and slice your topping ingredients if you haven’t done so yet. Carefully place your fruit, walnuts ,seeds and Yakon drops on top and enjoy.
