This is sold as a mucus buster, but it has also helped my gut issues. Combined with the Haritaki it has been a life changer.
This works better that over the counter meds like Mucinex and without the smell coming from your pores and urine. It;s also faster working. You don't have to take for long periods once you start coming down with something. But of course it does it's a natural herb from the earth. Even if you didn't have a cough you could take Banafsha and find it will help you to either expel it. Much appreciated.
Banafsha is amazing after suffering for two weeks of coughing up very little mucus, I began taking Banafsha and within a couple days I noticed the mucus loosening in my chest and coming out and the cough subsided i don't like taking pills but these capsules are easy to take. I also purchased Haritaki I'm going to start taking these capsules and I'll give a review on how it's working soon.
